Legal guarantee of conformity - return of faulty, damaged or incorrect products

In cases of Product defects and/or nonconformities, the Customer shall be entitled to have the conformity of the Product reinstated with repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly foreseen by art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
If the received products are damaged, non-compliant, faulty or incorrect, the Customer may apply for repair or replacement or a refund on the purchased goods within and no later than 2 (two) months from detection. In accordance with European Directive 44/99/EC and arts. 128 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Products purchased are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity, covering any lack of conformity of the products that may arise within 24 (twenty four) months from delivery.

The Customer is required to report any defects and non-conformities of the products within and no later than 2 (two) months of acknowledging the same, sending the relative form to the Customer Care Service at support_gb@woolrich.eu, or by using the “Contact” section on the Website, clearly indicating the defect and/or non-conformity detected, and return the Product, applying the preprinted shipping label found inside the packaging used to deliver the Product being returned, to the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so will invalidate this warranty The Seller shall evaluate the defects and/or non-conformities reported by the Consumer using the Woolrich customer care service.

If the nonconformity of the Product is effectively ascertained, the Seller undertakes to refund the Customer for the price paid, the refund will be effected, where possible, using the same payment method used by the Customer to purchase the product, or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the Customer shall be responsible for notifying the Seller, again by email or through the Contact section of the Website, the bank details to transfer the amount due, and ensure that the Seller has the information required to complete the refund procedure.
